Why is my mobile website format not displaying correctly?

I have been running my website for a little bit (www.blendstars.com), but I just realised that the phone formatting version of the website does not appear like it should. Please find the attached screenshot. It might have something to do with me recently adding a new language, but I can’t figure out what else it could be.

• Asset-> ->theme.liquid paste my code after element
