Why is my new domain still showing as SSL pending?

I just finished my website setup and bought a new domain from shopify but it is showing SSL pending… wondering if I have to do anything from my side…

Usually, ‘SSL Pending’ issues are time-gated and will resolve themselves pretty quick once some time has gone by. Just to be sure that things are going as expected, I have a few questions I’m hoping you can answer for me:

  • When did you purchase the domain?
  • When did you first notice ‘SSL Pending’? Did you see any other messaging previous to this?
  • Do you have a screenshot of the ‘SSL Pending’ information?
  • Can you share the domain address with us here?

That information will be helpful just to let me double-check to make sure things are going as expected, or if I’ll need to redirect you to our Live Support Team for some additional help.
