I’m having a problem with my new domain I bought with Shopify for my new store. I have waited a while, but nothing has changed. I’ve researched the problem and the only thing I changed in the DNS settings was the Shopify ip address at the end from .70 to .65. But it still says SSL pending. Someone please help and here is the url.
Hey JoshMoore,
If your Shopify domain isn’t updating, try this:
Ensure you saved your DNS settings.
Wait up to 48 hours; changes take time.
Verify your SSL settings with Shopify
Contact Shopify Support if it persists.
Give it time, and it should resolve.

Hi Emily, thank you for your help. This is my first store so it doesn’t look that great. I’m trying dropshipping and I’m selling men’s clothing. The problem is that my store looks like the first image which is normal, but when I view it or look it up on another device it looks like the second image which looks all glitchy and weird. Thanks again for the help.
SSL pending is gone! Something must have worked. Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you for reply and sharing those screenshots!
I’m happy the SSL pending has been removed. Did that fix your site? or are you still seeing that bottom image when on a different device?

Hey @Emily_50
Could you check my store as well? My domain transfer from squarespace completed about a week ago, but I’m still getting SSL pending. The domain is dontropico.com
TIA!
Is there a guide somewhere to what your DNS and SSL settings should be?
Hi, @JacobKarasch .
Thank you for reaching out and provding your domain name.
I checked your DNS settings and everything looks right on my end, however, the store is showing up kinda odd on my end when I search it on the web. Is this happening to you as well?
Please let me know if you have any further questions! I would love to learn more about your business. What type of products do you sell?

Thanks for checking! On my end it is showing similar to JoshMoore’s screenshot above - I think it is only loading some of the basic components (that is, if I can get it to load with the security flags). See screenshot below. The “www.dontropico.com” doesn’t load at all.
We are pre-launch, but Don Tropico will sell nautical/tiki home decor that we create and curate.
Hi, @JacobKarasch .
Thank you for sharing those images and information. Very cool products!
Could you share with me a screenshot of the page in your admin that show SSL pending?
Please let me know if you have further questions!
Hey! It’s working now. Not sure if you changed anything, but thanks regardless! Have a good weekend.
Hi, @JacobKarasch .
Thank you for sending that!
I just tested it on my end and it seems that dontropico.com is working now! Please test this on your end to double check.
Thank you!
Hello everyone!

Did you transfer your domain to Shopify from a third-party hosting site? When I search your store it is coming up as it should on my end. What issue are you having?
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
