Why is my new online store frozen and how can I fix it?

I opened my first store yesterday and started working on it. When I tried to select a Plan and remove the Password, I put in my CC informations and then it froze my store with absolutly no apparent reason.
Now I can’t find how to get it back. Can you help me please
