Why is my new Shopify site not loading on any browsers?

I started my Shopify site yesterday and everything was fine until I tried going on and this happened, on safari google Firefox everything and it doesn’t say anything is wrong on Shopify

This appears to be an issue relating to the custom domain - right now, it does not have an SSL certificate assigned.

In order for this to be assigned correctly, you must ensure your domain has the following DNS settings applied exactly correctly and you also will have to wait up to 48 hours after these changes have been applied:

  • On your domain provider’s website, log in to your account.
  • Find the DNS settings or domain management area.
  • Change the following records: Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
  • If necessary, change the Host name to the [email removed] symbol.
  • Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.
  • Save your changes.

Please note that during the 48-hour period when these changes are being applied, you can use your .myshopify.com domain so your store can remain open during this time if you wish. I trust this helps, thank you!
