What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect:
I just launched a couple of days ago, im looking for some store feedback for a better user experience and reduce the number of exits and motivate the shopper to continue and finish checkout. I’ve currently had 0 sales since launch and have been running ads. Out of 350 sessions, only 7 made it to checkout and 0 purchased. This might be because the ad is new? ( im not sure ) nonetheless i still would love and appreciate any feedback to the store and anything else to help me continue with this! Thanks so much.
fyi i did a lot of changes today so hopefully itll get better.. unless of course im missing something crucial
In a website show casing the products is not enoug. It’s also included to design a site professionality. Like setting up all pages including home page, product page, collection page, policies etc.
Upon checking your store you’ve used products as a featured product which leads to the not professionaly look.
May you let me know what can make it look more professional please?

Welcome to the community.
At first glance, you have a solid base. Good headings font, colors are good. Images solid.But not finished and a lot more to do.
Not sure what you have expected from 350 sessions? 35 sales? or 3-4 sales? 3-4 sales would be really good if your store is fully ready. But it is not. And also, do you know where those 350 sessions come from? What amount are bots, scammers? Something to consider.
And because you are new, most likely you did not search before posting. And there are a lot of topics in Store feedback that you should check so at least 30 and you will get an idea what your store is missing. Also search ttopics “no sales”, “zero sales” to check what other merchants did wrong and tips to improve their stores. That is free, but important lesson to learn. Just requires a bit of your time.
As Shopify-dev said, products are not enough; it is like saying to customers, " Here you go, buy." It does not work like that. You have to show some trust signals, some credibility, so customers have enough trust so they can leave their personal information, credit card. And note, you product are not unique, can be found at lot of places. So why would anyone buy from you?
For me, the lack of information, you have just iCloud email, but you should use a proper domain one. And an address that can be real. But no other business info, no phone. Missing terms and policies, missing about us page. Nothing personal there, so the store can be done with AI, or some script. And that does not bring trust.
You have Spotlight, from the Dawn family of themes, and for me, that hamburger menu on desktop is not a great choice as you have to click to see what links are there. And you have enough space in the center for the regular menu. Your header is too big, a lot of empty space. And you have arcade products but could not add some video of it, that does well with customers. Your footer is empty, you could add 2 link lists, business information. Newsletter.
On the product page, if your title is in 6 rows then it is too much, you need smaller product media side or a smaller font for title. And jsut haveing description, with no space is not enough. You have some dots but that is not styled as a list. I mean you must have seen some similar stores, or some stores in general, and what they do on product pages. You need more info, shipping, returns, reviews, faq, and more customer reassurance. You do have payment logos at least.
Checkout have huge star logo, which takes too much space and does not look good. Plus, it is differnt then logo on the rest of the pages, so that could confuse the customer.
You have chosed a solid niche but like most of them it is overcrowded. So you have to make your store a bit unique; if you can add something personal, you could have a story or not. But you need to present the store better, make customer wish they buy something.
Good luck, you have some work to do, but hope sales will come.

A successful company might get 2% conversion rate (over hundreds of thousands of visitors), and that is including long standing targeted ads and returning customers. Average doesn’t mean every hundred sessions must have a certain number of sales… 2 days is nothing. Not even worth posting about.

I understand now. Thanks for letting me know. My main reason for this post was just for feedback mainly but i thought maybe i was doing something insanely wrong. Now I know its normal

Yes, you have to work on lots of areas… Honestly, your store does not look good.
