Hi Guys,
I tried opening a new store but as soon as I added my payment information, the store was showing “store not available” error message. I tried a lot to contact the support team but couldn’t find the option. I was able to find the support chat option before but I don’t know why Shopify team has disabled the same. Please help me get in touch with the support.

With regards to reaching our support team, you can do so by following this link. Just follow the instructions presented and enter the correct store log in details to figure out what is happening with this account.
You can also use this link to ensure you are pertaining to the correct stores/accounts. This is a good tool to use if you have made multiple accounts with us. This a great way to see which emails correspond to which store.
