I created a new automated email for new subscribers. They should receive a discount code but when they subscribe they receive something really basic that I never even did.
Please I need assistance
If you’re using a 3rd party (non-Shopify) email marketing service, then l recommend checking to see if the default Shopify welcome email is sending instead of the one you customized.
