I have a few questtions:
1. Did you edit any theme files??
2. Can you try adding a new theme?
To add a new theme, go to Online Store > Themes
Add a new theme
Once add a new theme is added to your shopify store and publish the theme.

I have changed my theme in hope, that something will change, but nothing happened, it still shows like you already saw
