Hi! My name is Anton and I’m the owner of the website newbornk com which is made on Shopify. We have an issue with website opening from Germany (Lörrach) and Switzerland (Basel). I’m attaching the screenshot showing the error. It’s the same for mobile devices and desktops. Browsers: Firefox, Explorer on the business net, and Safari on iPhone.
Please, help us to understand what the reason is? We hope you can suggest us someone who can address this issue.

Do you have a different visual experience? I do not see any screenshots attached to your message, can you please provide me with examples again of what you are running into?
That way I can help you further troubleshoot the issue.
