Why is my newly created online store showing an error message?

Hi, i pruchased my domain through google domains, i created my account and started my 14 day trial, but the day after i created my shop (2 days ago), i went to edit my store (add products ect.) but im getting the error saying sorry theres been a problem, I log in though the admin log in, try to click on my store and i get the error message with the sign that says we will be back soon, i have tried logging in from a differnt browser, cleared my cashe and cookies, logged in from my phones browser, from the mobile app, incognito mode, literally everything, i emailed supported 2 days ago with no response and again today, but thought i would come here, has anyone else had this issue right after creating your shop? i have purchsed my domain, i have all the tax info payed for and complete and provided that info as well, im at a loss and considering just canceling my shopify and trying elsewhere. any help would be appreciated thanks yall. myurl is www.okchamaliachefa.com

hi, I have done this twice, i got a reply telling me to search my email for my ticket number and that “the right people” are handling the issue. but i replied and said after checking my emails, that email does not exist, so i replied and they told me to stop replying bc “the right people are on it” even after me asking who exactly that is.
