Why is my newly purchased domain not connecting to my store?

I recently purchased the domain “myminiretro.com”. It has been over 48 hours and my domain seems to have been disconnected from my store. An example of the same problem that has occurred is https://community.shopify.com/post/886084. They seem to have found the problem and fixed it, I’m needing the same done for me. Thank you.
