When we try to get approval from our API services, we got an email about this error “Apps that offer capital loans to merchants and apps that promote capital loans are prohibited from the Shopify App Store. This will also include data that is sent to banking partners for capital loans or services banking services.” Our app is an offer based app and not related to capital loans. How can we figure out and fix the issue of adding our app to Shopify? Who is the correct contact for identifying the problem?
