Why is my online shop showing 'There was a problem loading this website'?

My online shop was working just fine until now. When I tried to visit it, it shows me this message “There was a problem loading this website”. I tried to clear the cache and cookies, I also tried to open it in Chrome and other browsers, it’s not working nowhere!

You need to contact shopify. The site resolves to 14fourteen.myshopify.com. did you get domain from them? It looks as if yo7r site has been turned off. Dns record for www is not resolving. I’d escalate to shopify
