Why is my online store appearing blank to some customers?

Sorry if this is in the wrong board. But can someone please take a look at my store please?

https://elenahandbags.com

A customer from New Zealand messaged me today and said the store is blank. It looked fine from 3 of my home computers. And then I used https://geopeeker.com/ and found out that products are not loading on my site. I’m really confused at this point. Can someone tell me what’s going on? I’m not a web developer so need some help here.

Thanks so much!

Elena

Need some developer help please

Hi, @elenahandbags .

Welcome to the Shopify community and thanks for sharing your question!

After having a look at your website it looks as though the issue of your storefront being blank has been resolved. I’m glad to hear this issue has been rectified and your product images are now visible.

You’ve done a great job of setting up your storefront and making it easy to navigate! I like that you’ve integrated your Instagram feed on your storefront to help drive traffic to your other sales channels. Did you know you can input your additional sales channels within the footer section of your store. This can help bring visibility to those sales channels, reach a larger audience and boost store traffic.

For better visibility, I’ll share the steps below of how to set this up on your store.

Steps:

  • Navigate to your Shopify admin, Online Store > Themes > Customize section.
  • Within the Theme Editor, select Theme settings > SOCIAL MEDIA.
• You’ll then be presented with social sharing options to input your website URL in the correct fields.

Adding a Favicon:

I also wanted to share another helpful tip to help strengthen the presence of your brand. Within your Shopify admin, you can set up a favicon image so that when customers navigate to your storefront, your brand is easily recognizable. A favicon is a small image that appears next to your web address within the browser tab. We have a detailed Shopify resource with steps included on how to add a favicon to your store.

Remove powered by Shopify:

Lastly, to help create a polished and professional look on your storefront you can remove the powered by Shopify text from your footer. This can be done directly within your Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit languages section. For detailed steps and a how-to YouTube video, check out our resource here.

Let us know if you have any additional questions or need assistance with the resources I’ve shared above.

Keep up the great work!
