How to contact Shopify Support:
- Head over to our Contact Shopify Support page and login or select your store.
- In the search bar enter a topic and click Search.
- On the following page scroll down to Get Support and click the green button Continue.
- You’ll then be presented options to contact our Live Support. Please note Phone call-backs will be available depending on our current contact volume. If you don’t see the “schedule a callback” option, you can check back later to see if it has become available.

- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version. We don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones.
Once you’ve gone through each troubleshooting step, navigate back to our Support page to click into the available Support options.

Can you help me backup all the products that I have listed?
Great question! You can use a CSV file to backup information like products, customers, orders etc. Check out our help center resource for more information on other areas of your store you can back up.
First import your products using a CSV file and once completed you’ll receive a confirmation email from Shopify.
Another option is to use an app like Rewind Backups that allows you to backup products, product images, orders, collections, customers and much more. Feel free to click into the app to learn more about it’s benefits and features.
