Why is my online store dashboard showing 'Error: This store is unavailable'?

Dear shopify support team / community,

since Friday we are no longer able to access our shopify dashboard.

It says “Error: This store is unavailable”.

Our shop is “https://fanseller-6240.myshopify.com/”.

We also submittet two tickets since Friday but didn’t recieve any support.

The ticket ids are “30635451” & “30656377”.

Please help us to solve the problem. It is the 5th day we are not able to access any orders, customers notices, anything.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like your storefront is active, have you still not got access to your store admin? What does the error look like?

The fact that you have open tickets for this is great because it means you have a direct line to our support. They are in the best position to help you as they can securely access your store to take a look, whereas we cannot do so here in the forums for security purposes.
