Why is my online store flagged for misrepresentation after product changes?

I can not figure out how my store is being flagged for misrepresentation. The first version of my store when I loaded it full with Chinese products was fine. I was able to start a google ad campaign and even had some conversions. Ever since I deleted all those products and started to want to drop ship from America, my account has been flagged for misrepresentation ever since.

I was able to even purchase a product from my store just to make sure there was nothing wrong with the shipping aspect. I feel as though my store is an amazing concept but this setback is discouraging. Even if I can’t pay for ads it would be amazing to know that I can get my products back on the page but I’m not sure what’s holding my back . I have till the 29th to figure this out and I’ve been trying to figure it out for months arleay

Yes, drop shipping lowers your trust score. How Google sees it is another merchant selling the same thing as everyone else. What are you doing differently than all the other merchants. That is one aspect of the issue.

Another is that you don’t share any business details such as address, email, phone number, social links.

Misrepresentation can mean a lot of things for example, Google does not believe you can deliver what you list. This means you need to collect reviews for about half a year or more to increase this trust signal.

It can also mean that if you have multiple websites or accounts.

Google also prefers merchants to have original content.
