Why is my online store getting visits but no sales?

Hello,

I started this shopify account since last year and my first store failed. This year im trying again and im getting visits but no sales at all, not even adding to cart.

I dont know if having a domain with “shopify” in it affect the way customers think of this site.

But overall ,Can you help me by reviewing my site and give a feedback .

• Highlight Announcement Bar: Your current announcement bar isn’t standing out enough. You could make it more noticeable by adding color to the text or including an animated icon next to it.

• Above the Fold Content: Ensure that essential information is visible without the need for scrolling, known as above-the-fold content. This helps customers quickly access key information.
• Product Pricing: Use bold text and different colors to highlight product prices. This not only prevents customers from missing important information but also improves the overall visual appeal of your site.

• Additional Homepage Sections: You might want to include sections such as testimonials from satisfied customers to build trust and credibility. 2. Product

Overall, the product page provides ample information and is quite engaging. However, I have a few suggestions:

• Specifications Section: The specifications section is quite lengthy, and customers may not easily grasp the key information. Consider using tab elements or dropdowns to condense the content, ensuring that the “buy” section remains within a single scroll.
• Include Real-Life Photos: Incorporating real-life photos of the product being worn by a model can provide clearer visualization for customers and enhance their understanding of how the product looks in practical use.

3. Prepare for Mother’s day

As Mother’s Day approaches, and with many businesses already preparing for the occasion, let’s explore these expert insights to further enhance your holiday preparations.

• Offer a special discount for customers who purchase matching mother-daughter jewelry sets.
• Allow personalization of gifts with custom messages, engraved names, or preferred colors, adding a unique touch for each mother.

5.Highlight the USP of your Products or services.
6. Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page

7.Customer Reviews are needed on the Home Page and on the Product Page. This also generates trust in your site and promotes sales.

8.If Possible, add Instagram Feed on Home page.
9.Add Sticky Cart Icon on Home Page.

10.Footer must be compact and informative and should contain all the important links like - About us, Our Story, Contact, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Terms of Services, FAQ.

Collection and Product Page:

• Add Product Review on Collection Pages

• Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout

• Add Trust Badges below add to cart or Buy now Button

• Add Mouseover on 2nd image Features
