Why is my online store inactive after changing my payment method?

Hello,

My ticket number is 31360971 and I have been waiting for 4 days now without any proper response from Shopify or their accounts review team. I had to change my Payment method since I installed a few apps which were paid and ofcourse I had to pay for the Shopify monthly subscription which was 29.99$.

Upon changing the payment method, my store got inactive and I can’t access it or do anything aside from waiting for Shopify team to respond. My website was almost ready and I was about to start advertising on multiple platforms, I don’t understand why a simple thing like changing my payment method could result in my store being inactive for no reason.

My payment method may have declined since I wasn’t charged for the Shopify monthly and for the other apps I installed. Please let me know that the entire work I have done on my website has been saved or Shopify has deleted it since I fear this might happen considering I am locked out of my own store that I created from scratch.

I have done everything possible to reach out to Shopify and the only option available is to create a ticket and then wait for their Email response. I am not looking for any responses like “Please be patient” “We are working on this” or “We will resolve this soon” “Contact our Support” etc, I am looking for an immediate resolution of this issue right away since its already been 4 days and I can see posts here where similar cases are not resolved for weeks/months.
