Why is my online store inactive after the trial period?

Hello, Ive recently made a Shopify store, started selling products for a few days. I thought I paid for the plan but I haven’t seen any charges yet for it… either way now my store is “inactive” and it won’t let me log in to pay for the new plan. I’m worried because I’ve collected payments on this store and now all of a sudden I don’t have access to it. I need this resolved ASAP to at least get access to my funds from my sales. if you can help me access my store and set up a plan that is all I need! thanks!

Try checking your account owner email address including any spam folders to see if you have already been contacted.

I have reached out to support and got ahold Evan from billing and payments team. He’s asking for bank account info for an account that I cannot find anywhere. Maybe when creating the account I put in the wrong one or left it blank?? I’ve checked with my bank and with any possible account on my phone and this account number he is referencing is not showing anywhere for me. I desperately need to get this resolved because I have about 700$ on the frozen store that I really need. How can I unfreeze the store or can Shopify help me identity this account so I can get the needed info. Thanks
