I logged out of my store to go to sleep and when i woke up in the morning and logged in my account had been de activated and I am unable to re activate it. What can I do to fix this issue.

As @Florentina_dora mentioned, if you were on a free trial and it expired, you would need to select a plan to continue working on your store. You can log in here, and then check out this help document for the steps to select a plan.
If you weren’t on a free trial that expired — could you tell me a bit more about the issue you’re running into? Do you get a specific error message when you try to log in through this link? If you could attach a screenshot, that would be great. I also recommend reading over this FAQ: Why Is My Store Unavailable? page, which may provide you some insight on the issue you’re experiencing.

Did you get your store restored? I’m having the same issue, my new store was suddenly shutdown after purchasing a monthly plan while in the trial period and I’m still waiting to hear back from support to get it reactivated.
