My shop Joybbdoll.comhttps://chatdoll.myshopify.com/ has been unavailable for nearly a week for no reason - no email saying what I did wrong or if there was something wrong with my shop.
Themes are all disappeared, and can not reload to another theme. Please help me to solve this as soon as you can.

Thanks, I connected with the online service, and he told me I had already received an email from the account teams, and they would help fix this issue. I changed the domain and Email address, so that’s why I didn’t get any response. They will resend the Email, but until now I didn’t receive anything…
So what kind of account violations will be banned by the account team?

If you continue to have issues with receiving our emails, then feel free to reach back out to our support team and we will take a closer look and do our best to accommodate. However, we are unable to troubleshoot any email or domain setups that are external to Shopify.
You also asked about what kind of account violations would be banned by our team. There are a number of reasons why our internal teams would take action against stores on Shopify, many of which are outlined in our Terms of Service here. However, each case is treated individually and without access to any account information it would be impossible for me to provide reasons here. The team handling these issues are the best equipped to provide more context on these matters, and they only liaise with the Account Owner via email to discuss details.
