Why is my online store no longer linked to my account?

Hi,

I was surprised three days ago that my store is not linked to my account anymore, i cannot view or control it, however, it is still there if i want to view it from the browser as a visitor, i contacted the support teanm many times, they told me they will reply in 3 days maximum but still the issue is not resolved, what can I do now?

If the store is still viewable as a visitor, then the account is still live. If you can’t login, this usually means the account is under a different email, or you potentially made a typo in your email when registering.

To know if this is the issue, head to our account recovery page and enter the email address you believe the store is registered to. The system will then send you a list of stores associated with your email address. You can check this list for your account.

If the account is missing, our Account Integrity team will need to assist you in recovering the account. Unfortunately, this requires an escalation and can take a few days to resolve. To have the situation escalated please visit our Help Center and select ‘Continue without logging in’ or, ‘I don’t have a store’ to create a support request through live chat. Next, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’
