Yesterday my shop no longer showed me I don’t know why.
I have exchanged the bank card to pay your dues and my account has been closed.

hello @ Ollie
Since yesterday, I have been contacting customer service, but to no avail. They say we have submitted a request to the account service and you will receive an email between 24/72 hours. But they did not take into account that I have customers who have bought from my store and they will enter it and it will be closed. This is not professional in the work because this is a very big problem for me because Shopify did not take into account the merchant who has customers who buy from him every day. I trusted the Shopify platform, but the customer service is not up to par. I know that there is pressure on you, but with regard to the problem of closing accounts, a special team must be formed to solve these very difficult problems. To close accounts for no reason is a serious mistake. I speak with support, they say we do not know the problem and we have raised it to the accounts service. I wonder about these things for a global platform like Shopify. All merchants complain about this problem (shops close for no reason)
