On Homepage, Crypto Clothing section is not designed. Navigation of the store can also be improved. How are you promoting products and store ?

I hear what your saying but do you mean by designed and navigation?

Hi @TCU20022 ,

Congratulations on getting a store up and running, that’s a great step!

I have a few suggestions, but first a question:

What is the mission or purpose of your store? According to your About Us page, you want to keep people up to date with developments in the crypto world, but where are visitors or cryptonians supposed to find those updates?

You need a clear content strategy in order to engage crypto fans and deliver news and updates in accordance with your stated mission. You’ll need to create a blog and/or a video channel.

Until your website and content marketing funnel align with your brand’s mission, you will struggle to get those sales.

When it comes to the website there are a few buyer trust fundamentals that are missing. For example, where is your logo?

You also need to ensure that your website is easy to read and make sense of - here’s our guide to website accessibility. If certain buttons are difficult to read, it will put people off buying from your store:

Be mindful too of spelling mistakes in your content, and if necessary have a proofreader revise your work for you:

  • Hey:
  • The site looks spammy and does not build trust.
  • There is no address to contact you - just a form and email. People want to deal with a real business
  • Add your phone number (yes, it sucks but people want to know you are a real business - get a free google voice # or ?)
  • Add Chat (free tawk.to)
  • Add Rewards Program
  • Show Pop Up for Sales Items (search apps.shopify.com for sales pop ups)
  • Add People to Email list pop up (ie: klaviyo)
  • Make the banner a sliding banner and add a few collections
  • move the TOTAL CRYPTO UPDATE to the top next to Welcome Crypto… and remove the blue bar
  • Nav ( move Affiliate to the footer - change Catalog to Shop and add drop downs under it for the other collections - change Must Have (extras) to just Most Popular )
  • work on the logo top left, see if you can get it to be black on white and the boxed logo there now wouldn’t look so bad OR change the header background to your logo background and reverse out the top nav to make it white and the icons white
  • add the about us right below the banner slider
  • add collections list / boxes below that
  • add products below that as one featured collection and call it Most Popular Crypto…
  • add another banner with another collection
  • add another featured collection with Top Selling
  • add Testimonials
  • add a Blog
  • the video that is on the bottom add a Thumbnail to shopify or to youtube - it looks weird with the default image

hope this helps…
