My shopify store is down since the last couple of days and i couldn’t get any resolution till now

Following is the screenshot of the account inactive email by shopify.
I have submitted request to support team after logged in to account and following reply I received from 1 of support agent and she mentioned that (I had a look over your account and I am not able to see why your store is showing as inactive or the details around Shopify Payments.) Screenshot Attached.
And from 16-Sep-2022 i am chasing Support team via email, call and other social media platforms but no one is reply.
Followings are the tickets of complaints generated to shopify staff.
1: 33049274
2: 33066823.
Please look into this, we are facing financial loss on daily basis but no one is reply us or even sharing the reason.
