Hi, my store has been down since last two days…I have contacted Shopify support via email and opened a trouble ticket too but no response from them yet…have this happened to any of your before?

I am sorry to hear about this. It is definitely not an ideal situation.
If you already raised a ticket with our Advisors team, you should hear back from our team shortly. Emails are not live communication channels, so it may take a few business days to hear back.
We cannot look into account specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons. So for immediate support, it is best to reach out to our Contact Us page and select either the live chat or call back option.
Once you log in, select the topic you’d like to discuss with the Support Advisor. In your case, click on Account.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.
