I try to customize my shopify store it always show this error. can you please help me to resolve this issue?
this is happen alot?
sometimes all you have to do is refresh
sometimes this means that shopify is having an update but your edits are not lost
Yes. it happen always. and i changed my theme again it show like this.
I do the refresh and removed the cookies but it is not working.
then the best thing to do is contact shopify support

I understand that you’re in the process of customizing your store within the theme editor. Could you advise what theme you’re using, if there were any apps recently installed or any changes made to your store’s settings?
Have you already tried downloading a fresh Shopify theme? This can be done directly within your Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Free themes section. Our resource on adding a free theme from the admin has more information.
