I was editing some theme settings, then I saved and tried to preview the page, and it was completely white. At first I was still able to edit the theme, but after 30 minutes that was also impossible…

Are you able to provide either a password for access or a screenshot showing the exact issue you are having? Based on what you have said, it sounds like this may be a theme-related issue. I can see that you are using a third-party theme called Debutify - They do have a help centre here which may have the answers you are looking for.

Your store is currently on Debutify’s freemium plan, make sure the add-ons are disabled. If you are not on a paid plan and the add-ons are enabled, it conflicts with the store, causing the white page to appear.
On the theme editor > theme settings > Debutify add-ons > uncheck the add-ons.
