Thank you for getting in touch. Do you see an error message next to your Shopify Payments account when you head to Settings > Payments? If your account is on hold, the message here may provide more context on why there is a hold on your Shopify Payments account.
If you do not see a clear reason for the hold indicated in the admin, and if you have not received an email from Shopify about this, I would recommend contacting our support team directly to ask for assistance. They’ll be able to authenticate you on the account and provide more context on the issue.
