Hello, I am having a problem with my store been inactive again. It was just reactivated after being inactive for over a year because fraud was committed by somebody and I had a charge back. They held my money for over a year and was supposed to release it in September and still has not. They opened my store for one week and I had my domain transferred in from GoDaddy again so I can continue on the store. I built for eight months instead of starting all over. They finally returned part of the money they owed me however, I never had a chance to even transfer it to my bank account before my store became an active again. There were no rules that I broke because I could not do one thing while waiting for my domain to be transferred. Can somebody who works for Shopify or can get into the code and reactivate a store please help me since nobody has in over a year and a half. I started disputing everything that Shopify ever charge me in my bank and Shopify promised me to re-open the store if I dropped all of my disputes against them. I did so and they open the store after a year and a half of complaining however, it is now closed again. Can anybody help me at all??? Please!!! I no longer can sign in to even reactivate the store from neither my current email address for this account nor my back up email address. See attached pictures. I also have never been able to connect any sales channels at all, except for eBay, which was shut down because they shut the Shopify store down a year ago. Again, this was from nothing that I did wrong. All other channels have never worked and it seems that somebody from their legal department has recently complained to Facebook, Instagram, and more about me or my store for some reason. I have no clue what is going on all I know is I was a victim of fraud once, and then they tried making any excuse in the world to shut the store down. The store address is
