My store is running very slow, I need to know if it is locked or not and to find out what is causing it to run slow. My customers message me and said that it takes forever to load and is running extremely slow! Please help!!!

You should seriously consider picking a new theme and re-building the site. Get rid of any apps that aren’t 100% necessary, and optimize all of your images before re-uploading them to Shopify.
I apologize if I sound harsh here, but this is the actual worst loading speeds I’ve ever seen on a Shopify store. I’m not sure how it’s gotten this bad (I reckon it’s probably a combination of things; poor theme, too many apps, coding edits gone wrong, and unoptimized images) … but you definitely need to make some changes, because you can’t expect customers to wait 10-30 seconds for the homepage to load. You’re going to lose so many people before the site even loads if you don’t change anything.
