I bought the online store couple months ago, thus had did not have access to all pervious order information and no experience with charge back process and effects.
Currently its saying my shopping is inactive, and i been advice by ‘shop support’ it was due to charge back “You’ve had a chargeback rate of less than 1% in the last six months”.
I had two charge back, one’s decision was made in my favour and second was in customer favour, although the product was deliver later on. Both of these charge back were from old order, so i did not have the required information and nor the experience to deal it.
So, i messaged pervious owner to get the information regarding the order, which took time.
Once all that was done and it been weeks since, now all of sudden its saying my shopping is inactive.
How long do i have to active for my shopping to be active again?
How does it effects my store?
“For example, i been trying to process TIKTOK ads, but it been getting rejected again and again, and its saying check the TikTok ad manager.
When i try go to TikTok ad manager, it say, i don’t permission to access it, unless im accessing from wrong place”.
Would that be effect of shopping is inactive?
Would really appreciate it, if someone can help with the issue.
(Also, i been looking to live chat with shop, but could not find it, is there a option for live chat)
