It is saying our site is locked and to go to dashboard.. but when I do it takes me back to the locked screen.
How can we fix this? Thank you!

Are you referring to this page when you say your site is locked?
If so, what you’re seeing is the password-protected page. This is a page you can manually enable if you want to prevent visitors from accessing your website while you work on it. If you’re ready to launch your store and make it visible to the public, you’ll need to log in to your admin to disable the password-protected page.
If you were accessing your domain (https://sweet-and-sassy-custom-apparel-llc.myshopify.com) to login to your Shopify admin, please note that this is only used to access your storefront or website. To log into your admin or the backend of your website, you’ll need to go to the Shopify login page by following the steps below.
- Go to the Shopify login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- If you enabled two-factor authentication enter the code or use your security key.
- Select your store if you have multiple stores associated to your email address.
To disable the password-protected page, you can go through the following steps:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
- Scroll down to the Password protection section and uncheck Enable password.
- Click Save.

The domain you currently have does the job of pulling up your website, however, it’s more beneficial to have something that’s easy to remember to make your website accessible.
