Why is my online store showing as unavailable after payment?

My bill was paid yesterday. I have no idea how to contact Shopify support. I can’t find a contact email or phone number for customer service.

A very simple google request will show you how to contact Shopify support. For a company of this size, it’s actually very easy to contact them and one of the best support I’ve seen: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions
