when my site loads it just says the store is unavailable, and I can’t get into the customize portion of the store either. The instructions that it sends me too don’t make sense to me either, they aren’t very clear!

As I understand it, you can access your admin and shop but as soon as you head to your Theme Editor and click customize this issue appears, is that right?
Are you able to select anything else after you click customize, for example, checkout?
