I froze my store because I left on vacation, I’m trying to reopen it and already chose the same plan I had but for some reason when I go look at my online store it still shows like it’s closed down. Why?

Sorry to hear you can’t access your account, it does seem a little odd for sure if you haven’t tried to log in. Perhaps you were on the trial and didn’t choose a plan?
