My website has been down for 2 weeks now, I don’t have issue with the payment, and EVERYTIME I reach out to the support they say we Escalated your case and we are waiting on Accounts Verification team, it has been 2 weeks now…
and I did transfer my domain from Google to Shopify and now I lost my access on my email.
Does anyone know what is happening?
