Why is my online store still inactive after buying a domain?

My store is displaying inactive store since I purchased domain 2days ago I chat with the support help they haven’t provide solutions and I need to launch it today I need help

I can absolutely understand how important this is for you, especially when it is launch day!

I would advise in this case to follow up with the support advisor you have already spoken with as they will be best placed to advise you. They will have access to both the back end of your store, and any escalated teams that may be involved. Your ongoing patience is appreciated.

Hi, can you please look into my ticket 30957728, it’s been 3 days now with no resolution. I checked my spam and junk folder, and nothing. I contacted support a few times and they cannot help.

I have done nothing wrong and my store became inactive. I also just received my Shopify balance card—PLEASE HELP. Thanks

My website won’t let me log in, says inactive and i can’t get anyone to email me back or fix it. I’m not late on billing and my domain is paid until 2023. No one will tell me why this happened or fix it. Lost out of 4th of July sales that I posted on social media and a wholesale order. This is ridiculous. 24/7 support…nope.

I can’t use the 24/7 live chat or support because it won’t even let me log in.

I absolutely understand how important the 4th of July can be for USA based merchants and customers, I want to assure you that you always have access to our support any time day or night.
24/7 support can be accessed without logging into any stores if needed, there is an option here on the support portal to “continue without logging in”. Simply select a topic, and then select either phone, chat or email from the “Get Support” options to access.

Once you have access restored, maybe it would be a good idea to have a 4th of July week-long sale or discount code so you can still capture this holiday’s traffic? This blog post has some great ideas about how to create an excellent sales campaign.
