Why is my online store still unavailable after verifying contact information?

My shop is showing up as unavailable, I worked so hard to make it and I paid for the plan and even the domain and yall took my money and ran off with it. Yall sent me a email to verify my contact information in order to have my domain back up and running or else in 14 days yall would suspend my acc. And not even a day after yall sent that email I verified my contact information and my site still continues to be down. The customer service is a joke, yall don’t even get back to any of us. I have tried multiple tries to reach out and still no answer not even a live chat or a live agent. I either want my store to go up or I want a full refund of my money and ill do business else were.

If you have submitted your contact information details as requested then at this time it is just a matter of waiting for our Business Operations team to review and follow up. This can take anywhere from 3-7 business days (in rare cases it can be longer than that). There is no way to rush this process, but I assure you that someone will be in contact soon.

As for your payments to the platform, that is something you can discuss with your representative once they reply back with their update.
