I opened a store about a month ago. I’ve been making some sales, paid all my bills, fulfilled all my orders (except for those that came in over the weekend) and today I went to log in to find that my store is now inactive. My balance card has been zero’d out and there was MY money on there. I’ve emailed support 3 times and no one has responded to me. Can someone please help me figure out what is going on? This is my full-time business and an 8 hour outage with no communication of any kind is not encouraging. Please help!

I’m so sorry to hear about this, I can imagine how frustrating it must be. Is it at all possible that you mistakenly logged into an old account? Do you recall having multiple trial accounts at any point?
If that’s not the case, I just want to be sure you are attempting to access our Support Advisors through our Help Center as that is the most efficient way to reach immediate help.
You’ll want to head to this link and select either login option, following that, select the most appropriate topic, then click “Other” on the following page. There you will be able to scroll to the bottom of the page and choose to contact Support through email or a live chat request.
