Why my store is inactive, there is no reason to inactivate my account.
my store is down as well is there a general issue with shopify ?

I understand you are seeing that your store is currently showing as inactive. If you haven’t logged in to your account for three months or more, then you need to confirm your identity as part of the login process.
A ten-digit code is sent to your account email. Enter this code to confirm your identity and log in.
Steps:1. On the login page, enter the code sent to your email.
- Click Login.

As far as I am aware, no current log-in issues are affecting stores.
There is no email code verification option and i just created this account 2 days ago. Whenever i login its show the store name and line beneath it written inactive store. When i click on the store link its shows store is not available. That’s all.
