Why is my online store suddenly inactive?

My store suddenly gets inactive and it shows me that:

There’s a problem loading this page

Your account xxxx@xxxx.com doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.

This happened after my credit card was charged and I received the confirmation email. This happened 5 DAYS AGO, and I keep asking for help through chat and email every day!!! All they asked me to do was to wait for the email, but I did check the email inbox and spam/trash, and I GOT NOTHING. I also used their system stats check, and and I passed all the potential risks.

So has anyone face this kind of problem before? Please Please help me.

I am having same issue right now, seeing that this is a frequent issue is frustrating because after all the effort and hype , the trust and safety teams haven’t resolved my issue

tell them you don’t want to use shopify anymore
