It seems I am not the only one getting this problem by searching on google, didn’t login for sometime and just went back to check my store, the store says something went wrong and xxxx.com is currently unavailable, and I cant even login to my account. No emails from shopify or any alerts. I just get this weird problem a month after I made a one year payment. Now it makes me feel the platform is not that trustable… It would be good if someone can help me solve the problem!
Just to clarify, has it only been one month since you logged into your account? When you attempt to login now, are you presented with a message at all similar to the one below?
If not, and the only messaging you’re seeing states “S****omething went wrong. [Your store] is currently unavailable.”, then I would recommend getting in touch with our support team via our Help Center to confirm the status of your account. From the link I’ve shared, either login to your account or (if you are unable to do so) select “Continue without logging in”, enter a topic into the search field, then choose from our available contact options. Our team will be happy to take a closer look at your account and clarify why you’re having difficulty logging in.
same thing happened to me. Looks like theres no point contacting support since this is happening to so many and none of them got a solution. We all just need to accept that we’re not getting our shop back and all the time, effort and money we put in this is gone in vein.
