Hi, I registered a Shopify store. Customized the theme, set up payment & shipping, pick a lot of products to sell (this takes a lot of days of work) and I’m impressed & decided to go Shopify Plan yearly. After I’ve paid then this message showing
“Organclothing.myshopify.com is currently unavailable.”
What’s really going on? The payment was charged but I was not able to see my business running.
So, can anyone help me? i contacted live chat and email but no solution @Shopify_77

While it’s tough to say what may have happened, this could have frozen your account in order to protect your information and keep your account secure.
