My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule.
I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can’t login! Please help me. My ticket is edited

This ■■■■ happened to me also.They also stopped my account as i received the sale. Now they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. Can you please update on your issue that it is solved now or not and what happened after that , Thanks
