Have you received any email correspondence from one of our teams here at Shopify? Usually when there is an issue with a store, we will send an email to the Account Owner which will include details of the problem and possibly ways to resolve it. If you haven’t checked already, I would advise checking your email inbox (including junk/spam folders) and replying to that email. That will be your direct line to the team handling this and is where you can direct any further queries you may have.
