I tried creating a store and as soon as I tried to pay for it, it then started to show my store as unavailable for no reason. I tried getting in contact and its been 5 days and I just want my store to be back up and running. I just want to pay my subscription and domain and go on with it from there but during the process it says unavailable. surfacespeakerstore.myshopify.com and my ticket # is 30478788

I dont think any website compares to shopify when it comes to robbery. “Joe” from risk operations ruled my site that it presents a risk… I haven’t even sold on it yet. And they won’t give me a reason as to why and they say it’s final. This company is a Joke, the 24/7 customer service as well, the number of spelling errors that was sent to me from the live chat, I could just tell that they don’t take anything seriously. I want this problem overturned, this isn’t fair and my website doesn’t present any risk. I haven’t even launched it yet.
