Why is my online store suddenly unavailable?

i’m getting my store down suddenly since more than a week
and it says the store is not available whether to my store link or admin panel i can’t access at all
i talked to support and they said it will be forwarded to the risk team and will be fixed and send me an email

1 week later, no one contacted me for anything and i tried to email them twice without a response !

i’m losing my business this way and all shopify team can’t fix this small issue or at least talk to me !!

I understand that you are experiencing some issues with accessing your store at the moment. Since posting this, have you heard back from our Risk team who are investigating this on your behalf? Our email might turn up in your spam box too, so it is worth checking out.

Can you tell me if you have heard directly from the Risk team yet, or from an advisor who informed you that it is with the Risk team for investigation?
